    - 5,500 JPY for a Declaration in Japanese
    - 11,500 JPY for a Declaration in Japanese and English
    Procedure:
    1. Prepare a Japanese translation of the document that you'd like to get notarized.
    2. Contact the Resource Center. Send them the following items via email.  
        - The document you'd like to get notarized 
        - Japanese translation of the document *1
        - Your residence card
        - Your passport
        - Declaration (Choose one from your purpose)
          Passport
          School diploma
          Others Kindly modify the content. Please contact Resource Center if you need assistance.
    3. Resource Center will send your document(s) to the 公証人役場 to see if they can notarize your document(s)
    4. Make an appointment with the 公証人役場 for a notarization

    *The Japanese translation does not have to be done by a professional translator
