General Information and Map
- Depending on the bus, it takes 1.5h-2.5h to reach OIST from Naha Airport.
- The earliest bus from Naha Airport leaves at 8:28 and the latest at 19:45.
- There is no direct bus from Naha Airport to OIST Main Campus but our campus can be reached by a combination of bus and walking, or bus and taxi.

1. From Naha Airport take the buses #120 to Daigakuin Daigaku Mae (OIST bus stop).
2. Get off at Daigakuin Daigaku Mae (OIST bus stop)
3. Walk from Daigakuin Daigaku Mae to OIST Main Campus.

1. From Naha Airport take the Okinawa Airport Shuttle to either A: Tiger Beach Mae or B: Nabee Beach Mae.
2. Get off either at either A: Tiger Beach Mae or B: Nabee Beach Mae.
2-A. Get off at Tiger Beach Mae

3-A. From Tiger Beach Mae take a TAXI* to OIST or the north-bound local bus #120 or #20 to Daigakuin Daigaku Mae (OIST bus stop).
*Taxis are usually parked in the vicinity of Hotel Monterey.

4-A. Walk from Daigakuin Daigaku Mae to OIST Main Campus.

2-B. Get off at Nabee Beach Mae

3-B. From Nabee Beach Mae take a TAXI to OIST or walk 350m to Manza Beach Mae bus stop. From Manza Beach Mae bus stop take the south-bound local bus #120 or #20 to Daigakuin Daigaku Mae (OIST bus stop).

4-B. Walk from Daigakuin Daigaku Mae to OIST Main Campus.

2. Get off at Rizzan Sea Park Hotel (C Area)
3. From Rizzan Sea Park Hotel take a taxi (approx. 800-1000JPY). Taxis are usually parked outside the hotel.

1. From Naha Airport take the buses #111 or #117 to Ishikawa Interchange.
2. Get off at Ishikawa Interchange
3. From Ishikawa Interchange either:
- Take a taxi (approx. 1500JPY) or
- Take the OIST Shuttle Bus (Ishikawa IC Line!). Get of at Auditorium.
The OIST Shuttle Bus has limited seating (max. 14 people) and operates ONLY on weekdays, except Japanese or OIST official holidays. Additional restrictions might apply.
