Important Announcement

  • Organizers are asked to refrain from holding an event if COVID-19 state of emergency or priority measures such as prevention of spread are issued for Okinawa Prefecture for the time of the event. Organizers of existing reservations are asked to prepare prompt measures according to the future alert levels of Okinawa Prefecture.
  • When using OIST venues, please follow the latest Infection Prevention Guidelines for OIST Venues.
  • Some restrictions apply to the choice of venues, as well as to the limit of number of events and attendees as an infection prevention measure.

The OIST Conference Center offers state-of-the-art attractive and functional facilities for a wide variety of events. Booking is possible for the entire facility or for each room individually.

The Conference Center consist of: 

  • OIST Auditorium
    • Auditorium Hall (493 seats) (Level G+Level S (stage area))
    • Three preparation/green rooms (Level S)
    • Spacious lobby area (Level G)
  • The Meeting Rooms
    • Four meeting rooms (cap. 22 - 72 pax) (Level G)
    • Spacious lobby area (Level G)
    • Designated reception desk (Level G)
    • Office space for staff (Level G)
    • Pantry (Level G)
  • Usage fee for entire facility (external users): 
    • Full day (up to 8 hours) - 100,000 JPY (incl.tax)
