The OIST Conference Center offers state-of-the-art attractive and functional facilities for a wide variety of events. Booking is possible for the entire facility or for each room individually.

- Three preparation/green rooms (Level S)
- Spacious lobby area (Level G)
The Meeting Rooms
- Four meeting rooms (cap. 22 - 72 pax) (Level G)
- Spacious lobby area (Level G)
- Designated reception desk (Level G)
- Office space for staff (Level G)
- Pantry (Level G)
Usage fee for entire facility (external users):
- Full day (up to 8 hours) - 100,000 JPY (incl.tax)
