Lunch Time Iyengar Yoga with Yasuko Rudisel

Yasuko-Sensei is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and she will be teaching on Thursday afternoons in the Ocean View Room from 12:00pm-1:00pm. She is certified in Iyengar Yoga level 1 and level 2. She completed the RYT-200 program in Ashtanga style in Doha, Qatar in 2014 and has been practicing yoga since 1998. Come take a break from work and check it out! Yasuko Rudisel will be giving Iyengar Yoga lessons at lunch time. Instruction will be given in English and Japanese.

The World Quantum Day is obviously celebrated on April 14, as 4.14 are the rounded first digits of Planck’s constant (in units of eV.s).
