2-2. Register your information in HEART (Operation system in OIST). 

*You will be informed about the list of necessary documents. 

**Once you move-in to permanent apartment/house, you need update your new address, amount of monthly rent and commuting method in Heart system 

Following documents (scanned copy) will be required to upload: 

• New residence certificate issued by territorial municipal hall. 
• Housing agreement signed by you, housing agency and landlord.
