Title: Recruiting, Developing, and Retaining Excellent Researchers in the Faculty of Science at the University of Zurich

Abstract: Owen will talk about recruitment, development, and retention of excellence, specifically in the ranks of the faculty in the Faculty of Science at the University of Zurich. He will briefly introduce the University of Zurich and Faculty of science, and then describe structures and processes relevant in recent efforts and measures in the Faculty of Science.
