Jocelyn Faubert, PhD
Professor, University of Montreal 

Dr. Faubert is currently full Professor in the School of Optometry at the University of Montreal, and he has published over 160 peer-reviewed articles in numerous fields. He is also Chief Science Officer at Nothing Artificial, a company that uses his technologies.  His research interests are diverse, covering areas of perceptual and cognitive processing, human performance, development, aging, optics and photonics in both fundamental and translational research.

Jocelyn is also a founder of two spin-off companies, Ophtalox and NeuroTracker and recently founded a not for profit organization, ‘The Faubert Applied Research Center’. The ideas he developed in the lab from his basic research have now been translated into practical applications that have been introduced to the market. His technologies are now used by professional athletes, psychologists and medical doctors around the world.

He still loves working in the lab on his research.
