1-0. Relocation Data Sheet

HR Relocation Team will contact you to start the relocation procedure by sending an email.
The first contact will be after you accept the official offer from the OIST-FAO or OIST Recruiting Section and about three months before your starting date. 

The first email contains a link to the Relocation Data Sheet. The sheet is to collect the necessary information (e.g. Name, shipping address, etc.). You will see a web-form questionnaire like the one below: 

                     International Relocation                             Domestic Relocation (Within Japan)

After submitting the form, we will send you the Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) application form and move to the next step.
