Functional Training Class

What is Functional Training?

Functional training combines a mixture of circuit, resistance and HIIT-style workouts that incorporate everyday movements. We will use functional movement patterns to recruit every muscle in your body. Light weights and bodyweight exercises will be included.

This class is about teamwork, fun and a bit of hard work!

This workout will be conducted indoors.

Yoga mat, water bottle and indoor shoes

I certify that I am in good health to participate in any fitness related activity hosted by OIST Recreation Services and will sign the liability waiver.
Please honor your registration as class sizes are limited due to Covid-19 restrictions. If there is a need to cancel, please cancel within 48 hours so we can give your spot to someone on the waiting list.
If you are not vaccinated, we will ask that you kindly register and take a weekly PCR test andor antigen test. Please understand that there are risks associated with exercise in groups.
