Circuit Boot Camp
What is Circuit Boot Camp Class?
Circuit Boot Camp is a challenging workout that uses a variety of cardio, strength training, plyometrics, TABATA training, AMRAP, circuits, stations, calisthenics, and bodyweight exercises to create the ultimate total body workout.
This class is about teamwork, fun and a bit of hard work, we haven’t been together in a while so my aim is to bring the community together!
This workout will be conducted indoors.
