Rachel Moore joined the Recreation Services Team as a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. You will begin to notice a variety of fitness courses in the next few months that will be offered through Recreation Services and taught by Rachel.

Rachel is very passionate about helping the OIST community find happiness in life through developing healthy lifestyle choices. She believes when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life. For her, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights or running multiple times a week. It’s about maintaining mobility, exercising regularly, eating healthy foods as well as getting an appropriate amount of rest and sleep.

Her goals are to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle while improving your fitness and general health goals. She is looking forward to growing the fitness courses at OIST and hopes you will join a few classes to maintain your health.

Fridays: 7:30am - 8:15am

Monday: 7:30am-8:30am

Location: Village Center Meeting Room
