All participants will be placed in groups of four.

Fee: 1,000 Yen - payable to workshop organizers (Charlotte Denman)

This fee covers that cost of all ingredients. Each group will make one savoury and one sweet dish and we will share our creations at the end of the workshop.  Please bring tupperware to bring home any leftover food as there will be no disposable items provided.

You can drop your fee of at Recreation Services before Wednesday, July 6th. The workshop leaders will use that fee to purchase cooking items for the workshop.

Goal of this workshop

The goal of this class is to teach you how to cook without using animal products and prepare food in a more sustainable way.

The instructors are from the OIST community and will show you how to use local ingredients to make three simple dishes.
