Sustainable Eating and Cooking Workshop: Saturday, July 9th | 11:00am- 1:00pm

All participants will be asked to take an antigen test the day of upon arrival.

All participants will be placed in groups of four.
Fee: 1,000 Yen - This fee is due by Monday, July 4th to Recreation Services.
This fee covers that cost of all ingredients. Each group will make one savoury and one sweet dish and we will share our creations at the end of the workshop. Please bring tupperware to bring home any leftover food as there will be no disposable items provided.
Goal of this workshop
The goal of this class is to teach you how to cook without using animal products and prepare food in a more sustainable way.
The instructors are from the OIST community and will show you how to use local ingredients to make two simple dishes.
