What is Abs of Steel Class?

You will build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

During the workout, you will be guided through correct technique using your bodyweight as resistance and some added weights, this class will include exercises like crunches, planks and hovers. With some bonus, hip, and lower back exercises too.

I certify that I am in good health to participate in any fitness related activity hosted by OIST Recreation Services and will sign the liability waiver.
Please honor your registration by attending class because numbers are limited due to covid-19. If there is a need to cancel, please cancel in 48 hours prior to the session so we can give your spot to a person on the waiting list.
If you are not vaccinated, we will ask that you kindly register and take a weekly PCR test and understand that there are risks associated with exercise without masks.
The health center will notify us that a participant in one of our specific classes has notified them.
