What is Legs, Bums & Tums Class?

This Legs, Bums and Tums class is often described as the ultimate lower body workout class, the Legs, Bums and Tums class has been designed to target all areas of the lower body and core. Rachel will take you through a repetitive series of lunges, squats, glute bridges and crunches using your own body weight as resistance.

Suitable for all skill levels.

I certify that I am in good health to participate in any fitness related activity hosted by OIST Recreation Services and will sign the liability waiver.
Please honor your registration by attending class because numbers are limited to 10 people due to covid-19. If you need to cancel, please cancel 12 hours in advance so we can give your sport to someone on the waiting list.
If you are not vaccinated, we will ask that you kindly register and take a weekly PCR test or Antigen Test and understand that there are risks associated with exercise without masks.
The Director of Recreation will notify all participants that they are considered a close contact and are asked to follow the OIST guidelines on close contact and Covid positive.
