Lessons Learned to Broaden the Participation of Women in STEM -The Science of Broadening Participation-

How can women’s participation in the science and technology field be effectively accelerated by giving a scientific view to the participation of a variety of human resources with the help of science and technology?
What will participation by women bring about? These questions were discussed based on evidence. In the symposium, two American researchers and one Japanese counterpart will present the results of this discussion.
