Cezars Kitchen: Meal Coupon

Meal Coupon Information

Each coupon is worth ¥1,000 or ¥800 and can be used at the campus cafeteria.
Please note that no change will be given.

The ¥1,000 coupon is intended for external groups, while the ¥800 coupon is for groups affiliated with OIST.

The corresponding event date will be written on the back of each coupon by our staff.
Coupons are valid only on the specified date.

Used coupons will be collected by the cafeteria staff at the time of use.

Billing will be based on the number of coupons collected at the cafeteria.

Returns are accepted only for invoice-based purchases.
No refunds will be issued for coupons purchased with cash.

Lost or stolen coupons cannot be reissued.

Coupon requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the event.

Coupons may only be used for workshops or events that have been officially approved through the internal authorization process.

Changes to the face value or design of the coupons are not permitted.

各クーポンは学内食堂にて、1枚1,000円または800円分の金券としてご利用いただけます。
※お釣りは出ません。

1,000円券は学外の団体向け、800円券はOIST関係の団体向けの価格です。

クーポンの裏面には、該当イベントの日付をこちらで記載いたします。
クーポンは記載された日付当日のみ有効です。

使用済みのクーポンは、利用時に食堂スタッフが回収します。

請求は、食堂にて回収した利用枚数に基づいて行います。

返却対応は請求書払いの場合のみ可能です。
現金で購入されたクーポンの返金はできません。

紛失・盗難による再発行はできません。

クーポンのお申し込みは、イベントの2週間前までにお願いいたします。

決裁で承認されたワークショップ・イベントにのみ使用可能です。

額面およびデザインの変更はできません。
