Meal Coupon Information

Meal coupons are available for purchase.
These coupons are convenient for providing meals during guest visits or research-related events.

Basic Information

Price: 1,000 yen per coupon (tax included)

No change will be given for purchases below the coupon amount

No custom denominations or designs are available

How to Order
Please fill out the Meal Coupon Order Sheet and send it to the following address:
oist.catering@cezarskitchen.com

Please submit your order at least two weeks prior to the intended use date.

Issuance and Pickup

Coupons are printed with unique serial numbers and delivered to the OIST restaurant.

The expiration date will be printed or stamped on the back of each coupon.

Upon receiving the coupons, a signature on the Order Sheet is required.

Payment and Returns

A. Cash/Credit Card Payment
→ Prepayment only; coupons are non-refundable after issue.

B. Invoice Payment
→ You may return any unused coupons within one week after the expiration date, and the unused amount will be deducted from the invoice.
→ When returning, please indicate the number of coupons returned and the return date at the bottom of the Order Sheet.
→ Unreturned unused coupons are not eligible for refund.

Additional Notes

If the total meal cost exceeds 1,000 yen, the balance must be paid by cash or credit card.

購入方法

**「Meal Coupon Order Sheet」**にご記入のうえ、下記アドレスへご提出ください。

原則として、利用日の2週間前までにご提出をお願いします。

発行・受け取り

クーポンはシリアル番号付きで発行され、OISTレストランに納品されます。

有効期限はクーポン裏面に印字または押印されます。

引き渡し時にOrder Sheetへの受領サインが必要です。

支払いと返却

現金・クレジットカード払いの場合：
→ 先払い制／返金不可

請求書払いの場合：
→ 有効期限後1週間以内に未使用クーポンを返却いただければ、その分を差し引いて請求可能です。
→ 返却の際は、Order Sheet下部に返却枚数・返却日をご記載ください。
→ 回収できなかった未使用クーポンは返金対象外となります。

その他注意事項

クーポンの額面を超える金額は、現金またはクレジットカードでお支払いください。
