 This 6 week program will let you discover the transformative power of Ashtanga Yoga, a practice that delivers long term results. 

Tailored for beginners and anyone who would like to energize their body and mind in between the working hours. You will learn the most therapeutic asanas in the Ashtanga Yoga sequence followed by guided meditation. Don’t loose this unique opportunity to dive into the world of "old school" Yoga practice.

6-week Ashtanga Yoga transformation programme

When: Thursdays 12:00 -13:00 (60 minutes)
*Doors open at 12:00, the core of the practice is between 12:10 and 12:50,class officially ends at 13:00.

  • January 16th, 23rd, 30th  (2025)
  • ​February 6th, 13th, 20th

Where: Ocean View Room

Class Fee:
Student 500 yen per person
non-student - 1,000 yen per person

What you need to bring for class:

  • Towel and Yoga mat.
