Self Reflection Workshop Series

Would you like to develop an intentional, self-aware approach toward your career aspirations? Are you interested in exploring new pathways but do not know exactly where to start? 

This workshop applies Ontological Coaching Methodology to create time and space to pause from our busy routines. Using scaffolded, guided activities you will engage in self-reflection through multiple domains to discover who you are “being” and who you are “becoming”.

Capacity: Up to 8 people

The series is design to provide an opportunity for you to:

  • Notice your habitual patterns of behaviors and course of thoughts
  • Develop your methods and practice in a supportive, experimenting space to shift your world view

This workshop is not:

  • Healing therapy
  • Bias training
  • Intercultural identity training
  • Problem-solving consultation
