Beach Clean-Up
ビーチクリーン
Last Month the SAP children went to a new beach site to do our monthly clean-up. The children enjoyed the change of scenery, and unfortunatetly, there was also a lot more trash at this site. Not to worry though, the mighty SAP children and staff did an excellent job tidying up the beach and removing the trash and debris. Great job everyone!
先月、SAPの子どもたちは月例ビーチクリーンのため、新しいビーチに行きました。子どもたちは新しい景色を楽しんでいましたが、残念なことに、この場所にはたくさんのゴミがありました。しかし、SAPの子どもたちとスタッフは、ゴミを拾ってビーチを綺麗にしてくれました。みなんさんよくがんばりました。
Art Club
アートクラブ
The Art Club was full almost every Monday last month due to the popular marionette and picture frame activities that Rei-Sensei prepared for the children. If you or your child are intrested in joing the Art Club please let one of the SAP staff know about it. You can also check the signboard outside of the classroom to see each months planned activities.
先月は、レイ先生が用意したマリオネット作りやセルアートが人気で、アートクラブは毎週月用、ほぼ満席となりました。アートクラブに興味のある方は、SAPスタッフまでお知らせください。また、教室の外にある掲示板で、各月の活動予定を確認することができます。

- All Afterschool Program and Holiday Program families must register by clicking the following link, review the handbook and submit a Handbook Acknowledgment Form (English / Japanese), as well as a parent/user personal information agreement form (If you choose to) if you haven't done so already.

If any of your information has changed (emergency contact number or email, child's medical information, etc.), please submit a new form. You can find links to all the required forms here.
***Paperwork for change(s)/additional services must be submitted by no later than March 20th, by 5PM.***

契約書: アフタースクール(ホリデープログラム含む), ホリデープログラムのみ, 送迎サービス
- 登録内容に変更があった場合(緊急連絡先、メール、お子様の医療情報など)、新たにフォームを提出してください。すべての必要書類のリンクはこちらです。
- サービス内容の変更・追加は、3月20日午後5時までに書類の提出をお願いします。
- サービス内容の変更・取消をご希望の方は、こちらをクリックし、3月20日午後5時までに所定の用紙をご提出ください。

We would just like to remind you that if your child will be absent from the SAP/bus for any reason, please be sure to share that information either in person with a staff member, or online by emailing schoolageprogram@oist.jp

March & April Holiday Program Dates
3-4月のホリデープログラム日程
Be sure to regularly check the SAP webpage for updated information on Holiday Program dates. Please remember that in order to receive services, you must sign up two business days in advance to the required services.
If you would like to order lunch and snacks, you must do so by the 20th of the month prior to the required service. Once a lunch order is made, refunds are not available. This includes, but is not limited to, if you decide to cancel a HP enrollment date, if your child will be absent, or if you or your child are sick and cannot attend as scheduled. Holiday Program space is available on a first-come first served-basis.

ホリデープログラムの日程については、SAPウェブページで定期的に最新情報をご確認ください。サービスを受けるためには、必要なサービスの2営業日前までに申し込む必要があります。
昼食とおやつを注文する場合は、必要なサービスの前月20日までに注文してください。昼食の注文をした後の返金はできません。これには、ホリデープログラム参加日のキャンセル、お子様の欠席、保護者またはお子様の体調不良で予定通り参加できない場合も含みますが、これに限定されるものではありません。ホリデープログラムのスペースは、先着順でご利用いただけます。

Please note, if you would like to join the Class Dojo application, you will need to fill out and submit a CDC User Personal Consent Form. Please speak with an SAP staff member to receive the form.
