Introduction to Microscale Thermophoresis (MST)
A representative from NanoTemper will introduce Monolith NT.115, an instrument that measures biomolecular interaction (affinity) based on microscale thermophoresis (MST). The instrument is capable of measuring protein-protein, protein-small molecule interactions, etc., in almost any solution including cell lysates. The amount of sample required is small.
