"3 Relocation" of "Student Support Policies" says "The Graduate School subsidises one-way travel to Okinawa on one occasion only (for the purpose of initial relocation).” Students cannot ask for another travel back home. Flight arrangement

Please note that we will not ask for your confirmation of your flight itinerary unless we have to consider special circumstance (for example, your fight leaves very early in the morning and/or transit in countries where we think you might need transit visas).
In the case of changes and cancellation on the itinerary due to personal reason after OIST purchased the ticket, change and cancellation fees and all the charges related to this as well as transaction fee will be of your responsibility. OIST will not be responsible for any cost occurred while your flight arrangement.

If you have some restriction on your departure time, please inform us by replying us (see below questions). (e.g. Your home is far from the closest airport so that your departure time should be after 1pm. You cannot leave before 28 August and such.) If you have any transit visa (e.g. transit VISA (C) for the US), please also inform us. If we know the information, it makes easier for us to arrange your flight.
