Application Form for Poster Presenters: OIST-Kyudai Joint Symposium

This is an application form to participate in OIST-Kyudai Joint Symposium as a poster presenter.

Deadline for application: Feb 20th.

※Please note that the poster session will be held ON-SITE. Flash talk is also scheduled.

※ The size for your poster should be A0 in portrait style (84cm x 119cm). If you combine several posters, please make sure they still fit within the size.

※In the event that we receive more poster presentations than can be accommodated, the Deans and main speakers will engage in a selection process.  However, we will attempt to accommodate as many submissions as possible.

Files must be less than 100 MB.
Allowed file types: pdf.
I confirm and agree that Bio-Inspired Wonders and Energy Innovations: OIST-Kyudai Joint Symposium series 1 on Feb 29th, is for participants who have registered through the registration page only. I will respect the fact that some of the information and research discussed during the symposium may not yet be in the public domain. Therefore, I will not disseminate or make further distribution of information obtained by me during the symposium without the express permission of the presenter and his or her institute. In addition, I will not give/take any photographs, video or screenshots or record the contents of any presentation or discussion that takes place in the course of the symposium.
