This 2-part seminar will cover the basics of writing emails for an international audience, including
- understanding the challenges of writing emails internationally
- communicating clearly
- understanding the risks of miscommunication
- communicating messages more sensitively
Minimum intermediate English skills recommended. Native speakers of English also welcome!
