Development of ESR measurement systems at University of Fukui

Abstract:
An overview of millimeter-wave ESR systems at University of Fukui is
presented.
(1) Low temperature ESR/NMR system with dilution refrigerator. We have been developing ESR/NMR double magnetic resonance system and a few types of resonators for the system. Further, we have found that  a 1D quantum spin system CuPzN possibly works as a temperature marker from ESR measurements.
(2) Pulsed ESR system using "gyrotron" (a high-power light source) will be briefly introduced if time permits.
