Watercolor and Art Basics with Elizabeth Firmage Kids class

In these classes, kids will learn basic watercolor painting techniques and art concepts, including ways to use brushes, how to mix colors, making textures, basic color theory, and composition. Each class we will create a small painting to practice a specific technique or two. Your child(ren) can join as many classes as you like, though each class also stands on its own.

Cost: ¥1000 per student

Time: 11 am - 12 pm

Jan 19 painting a daruma in your own style

Feb 16 primary color painting - learning paint mixing, tints, and shades

Mar 16 more paint mixing and color theory with secondary & complementary colors

Class capacity: 2-12 students ages 6 and up*

(If you need to cancel your registration, please let me know so that another student can take your spot)

*Children 6 years and older may participate on their own. Children between 3-5 may participate if they are accompanied by an adult. The class is not recommended for children younger than 3.

The class will be taught in English.


Please wear old clothing or bring a smock to protect clothing from paint. All other materials will be provided.
