Please find a driver holding OIST sign at the arrival lobby in front of "information desk" between arrival exit A and B, and tell your name.  There may be other OIST taxi drivers waiting for other OIST guests.  You don’t have to pay for the taxi, we will pay it later.

2 Enter the room, check the room condition, and fill out “Room Check Sheet, sign and submit to Research Unit Administrator (RUA).

3 Also read and sign Longstay Accommodation Rule.

1  OIST Housing will conduct Pre-inspection 1 to 2 weeks before the check-out date. Guest’s presence is required.

2  OIST Housing will conduct Final-inspection on the day of check-out. Guest’s presence is required.

  3  Please note that any damage or stains found during the inspection that exceed the normal range will be subject to charge.

If you would like to use the parking lot, please contact the RUA. You will need to obtain a parking pass to park at The Gardens.
