◆Project Management-We will delve into traditional project management tools for aligning team
members, managing schedules, creating and tracking budgets, and defining scope. In addition, we will explore the latest trends in Agile project management which can be better for projects with higher degrees of uncertainty and frequency of change.
Leading Agile Projects provides participants with the experience of managing a project through a hands-on competitive simulation that puts them in the role of project manager.

Andrea is founder and president of Look Consulting Group, a Tokyo, Japanbased people and organization development consultancy. In her 25+ years of
experience, Andrea has planned and delivered hundreds of programs including
off-sites, workshops, events and virtual experiences. Andreaʼs passion is helping
build great companies by enabling people to develop the mindsets and
