Q&A: Technology Pioneers Program

OIST has a mission to develop a self-sustaining economic ecosystem in Okinawa. In addition to supporting faculty and their labs to develop technologies through the POC program, we want to support entrepreneurial younger researchers to the same with their ideas and technologies.

This is why we have launched the Technology Pioneer Fellowship - a program that will support soon-to-be graduates and post-docs at OIST to develop technologies into commercial products or services.
