Virtual School Fairs for Families

Dear all,

In addition to the October 9 school fair that will focus on local schools in Okinawa, we are planning to host two virtual school fairs this October to introduce additional educational options. All interested families are welcome to join, regardless of the age of your children. (Children are welcome to attend as well!) 

The two sessions have been organized based on the type of school experience provided: international boarding schools in Japan and online learning programs (full-time and subject-based options). All of these options use an English-based curriculum and are either in Japan or can accommodate students based in Japan. We welcome you to attend either or both sessions.  

Session 1: International Boarding Schools in Japan 

Date: Thursday, October 16, 2025 

Time: 17:00 – 18:00 

Participating Schools: Rugby School Japan, UWC ISAK Japan 

(Both schools offer need-based scholarships) 

Session 2: Online Learning Programs 

Date: Thursday, October 23, 2025 

Time: 17:00 - 18:00 

Participating Schools/Programs: Aoba Global Campus, Crimson Global Education 

If you would like to attend, please complete the registration form by October 15, 2025. 

This is a great opportunity to learn more about some of the various educational opportunities available in Japan. We encourage you to attend, even if your children are still young or you just have a general interest in learning more.

OISTのご家族に多様な英語ベースの中高教育の選択肢をご紹介する取り組みの一環として、10月に2回のオンライン学校説明会を開催予定です。お子さまの年齢に関わらず、ご関心のある方はどなたでもご参加いただけます。また、保護者の方のみでなく、ぜひお子さまご自身にもご参加いただければと思います。 

学校/プログラムの形式（日本のインターナショナル・ボーディングスクール、フルタイム・科目単位の受講が選択可能なオンライン学習プログラム）によって、2回の説明会を予定しています。いずれの学校/プログラムも英語ベースのカリキュラムを提供しており、日本在住のお子さまも対象となっております。どちらか一方のみでなく、両方の会にご参加いただくことも可能です。 

説明会1：日本のインターナショナル・ボーディングスクール

時間：17:00～18:00

(いずれの学校もニードベースの奨学金を提供しています) 

説明会2：日本のオンライン学習プログラム 

日時：2025年10月23日（木） 

時間：17:00～18:00 

参加校/プログラム：Aoba Global Campus, Crimson Global Education
