Please submit the Cafe_Delivery Order Form.
For food orders, please place your order at least one week before the delivery date. For any changes or cancellations, please contact Café at least three business days before the delivery date. Regarding drinks, please place your order at least two business days before the delivery date. For changes or cancellations, please contact Café by 12:00 PM on the day before the delivery date. For Café Tancha Drink Delivery, the minimum order for drink pots is two. Menu updated on April 14th 2025.

Reservation Deadline:
For events with 50 people or fewer, please make a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance.
For more than 50 people, please reserve at least 1 month in advance.

Reservation Start Date:
Reservations will be accepted starting May 1, 2024 (available for events scheduled 2 weeks after the reservation date).

Service Hours:
Available 24 hours a day, including holidays, depending on the number of attendees.
