Please fill out the form below regarding your transportation and accommodation during the workshop, as well as activities preferences. Make sure that you have read the OIST Travel Rules before filling out this survey.

Data Use Policy

While processing your data, the OIST Graduate School collects your personal information. Information provided by you will be used by the Graduate School Office of the university for admission and other recruitment-related purposes. Even if OIST Graduate School received a request to delete your personal information by you, some attributes such as field of interests may be kept by OIST for analytic purposes under anonymous identity and it will not be able to trace back to your personal information.

You will be arriving to OIST on Saturday, February 17th. OIST will provide your transportation and accommodation until the morning of Friday, February 23rd. One day extension is permitted provided that the Dean of Graduate School approves the itinerary in advance. When extending for private activities, no expenses associated with the extended stay will be supported by OIST. Please read the OIST Travel Rules for details.

On Sunday, February 18th, 2023, we will organize an Cutural Excursion day for you to visit Ocean Expo Park . There are various attractions within the park for you to choose from, however please understand that entrance tickets and lunch will be on your own. We will provide breakfast, dinner and transportation for the day.
