Valentine's ORC Assembly, C209 @ 13:00-14:00

This Wednesday, 14 February, after you have had lunch with your personal Valentine, please join the OIST Researcher Community (ORC) Assembly at Seminar Room C209, Center Building, at 1:00 pm.

We are currently restructuring the ORC office to make it more efficient and productive. To do so, we need your help and support; it is the “ask not what your ORC can do for you – ask what you can do for your ORC” moment. If you are interested in organising events (social, fun, scientific, etc.), or to direct our actions towards new directions, now is the time to step forward. Any ideas are welcome.

The agenda of the Assembly contains:

1. Announcement of ORC office new member

2. General announcements

3. Update from latest Faculty Assembly

4. New ORC structure and brainstorming ideas for ORC Actions

5. Anything anyone wants to discuss
