Cultural Event Series (CluES): SOUTH AFRICA - Presented by OISTers from South Africa

Cultural Events Series team cordially invites you to celebrate the culture of South Africa on the 8th of March at Seaside House (second floor, lounge)!
South African OIST Community members prepared an afternoon full of knowledge and a lot of fun. We will hear a brief introduction to the history and culture of South Africa, enjoy a small Braai (SA barbecue), optionally sample South African wine, and more! We'll end the evening with a fun get-together with South African music and dancing. During the event, the Lab0 Team will have the bar open if you need some refreshments and will prepare special SA-themed options! Participation at the event is free and open to the whole OIST community! Please let your friends and family members know. We will have a box for voluntary donations during the event to cover the costs.

Also, don’t miss the first part of this cultural celebration happening in the evening of Friday 7th in Lab0! Together with the Lab0 Team we will have a pre-event with a short teaser lecture about SA culture, movie screening and SA-themed drinks on the menu.
