Kinostore is a small bakery nestled in a corner of Ginoza Village, located in the northern part of Okinawa Island. Surrounded by sugarcane fields, they bake handmade sweets and bread.

Onna no Eki is a farmers' market located 5.4 km south of OIST. Approximately 1,300 farmers from Onna Village and neighboring municipalities supply their fresh produce to this market. The fresh produce brought to OIST is specifically selected organic fruits and vegetables.

At INAHO FARM, Jersey cows are pastured year-round without barns and are grass-fed. They sell ice cream and drinks made from their rich milk.
