Fall 2017 Lean Startup Entrepreneurial Training Program: 3-day Opening Session

DISCOVER THE LEAN LAUNCHPAD METHODOLOGY

Learn how to identify commercial opportunities that can emerge from academic research by working on a real technology development case. In this program, participants will use, as case studies, technologies developed at OIST and will apply skills learned in the course to identify potential customers of the technology.

Program Details

1. Oct. 20th 17:30 - 22nd 17:45 3-day Opening Session

Discover the Lean Startup method through activities that introduce the Business Model Canvas and Customer Development Process.

2. Oct. 23-27: Interview Period and Online Session

"Get out of the building" by conducting interviews with potential customers to understand product-market fit.

3. Oct. 30 - Nov. 2: Interview Period and Final Presentation

Present and pitch your customer development findings.
