The Technology Development and Innovation Center is the technology development and commercialization hub at OIST, leveraging the university's researchers, world-class infrastructure, interdisciplinary environment, and culture of risk-taking to transform technologies from the laboratory into innovations that have social and economic benefit.

Mr. Narayan Garjar

My project focused on providing turnkey solutions for organic waste produced by small and medium sized companies using IP and know-how developed at OIST in the field of Microbial Fuel Cells (MFC) and Bio-Electrochemical System (BES) technologies. Having proven the technology at Technology Readiness level 7 and developed the business plan during 2021, I now aim to attract partners and investors.
