ECogS Application

To apply as a participant for the workshop, please fill in the form below and submit your abstract.

Undergraduate students, graduate students, post-docs and researchers at universities or academic/industrial institutes may submit poster/talk applications to attend ECogS 2020.

Application Deadline: January 17, 2020　CLOSED!

Participants will be required to pay a registration fee of 20,000 Yen.

Note that meals and local transportation in Okinawa during the conference will be covered by OIST, while travel expenses (flights, accommodation, etc.) shall be covered by participants.

The application process is not complete until you see a page acknowledging the submission. You should also get an email confirming that the submission has been successful. Submissions will be reviewed by members of the Froese and Tani units at OIST.

Applicants will be notified of the outcome by January 24, 2020.
