Extended Deadline: July 9, 2023

The conference will have diverse participation formats, including lightning rounds, panel discussions, talks, and a poster session, providing opportunities for dynamic and engaging exchanges of ideas among participants. As we continue to shape the conference program, we kindly ask all abstract submitters to indicate their preferred type of activity in which they would like to participate. We have created a dropdown list where you can select your first and second options from the following formats:

  • Lightning Round: A fast-paced presentation format allowing you to share concise insights or research findings within a short time frame, with much time for group discussion (5 min talk; individual and group submissions).

  • Panel Discussion: Engage in stimulating conversations alongside fellow experts and researchers, exploring specific topics related to embodied cognitive science and well-being (55 min; group submissions).

  • Talk: Present your research in a formal setting, allowing for a detailed exploration of your work and its implications (15 min; individual submissions).

  • Poster Session: Showcase your research visually through a poster display, enabling in-depth discussions with fellow attendees and experts in your field (individual submissions).

By indicating your preferences for participation format, we aim to create a program that accommodates your interests and maximizes your engagement during the conference.

Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate your preferred options, the final assignment to specific activities will be based on the review process. We appreciate your understanding.

N.B. If you are a student and hope to apply for financial support, please submit through this page

Thank you for your valuable contributions, and we look forward to your abstract submissions and future participation.
