This presentation will expose students to open-source and low cost solutions to prototyping and hardware development as well as affordable paths in product development.. In particular, we will cover advances and opportunities in microcontrollers and sensors, enabled by the Arduino ecosystem and Platform.io .

OIST Innovation opened its brand-new incubator facilities in May. To celebrate this milestone, we're opening our doors to both the innovation community and the entire OIST community for a special Open House Week .

Join us for guided tours of our state-of-the-art incubator facilities as part of Incubator Open House Week. Discover the resources, equipment, and collaborative spaces designed to accelerate innovation and entrepreneurship. Our gathering space is for OIST community and incubator tenants only but during this week, we also open our collaborative work areas for external guests after the tour.

In collaboration with leading venture capital firms, OIST Innovation offers startups and entrepreneurial researchers the opportunity to connect directly with venture capitalists for one-on-one mentoring and discussion.
