Overview: 
This grant program supports unique research projects in the field of Brain Science that deserve international recognition. Every year about 15 projects are awarded with about 1.2 million yen per project. 
Any projects in the field of Brain Science will be supported; however, we put our focus especially on unique research projects that are to elucidate brain mechanisms.  Any projects including experimental, theoretical and modeling research projects are eligible.
