Sushi Making Workshop 【Registration will be closed 3rd of Feb】

What You Will Learn:

  • The basics of sushi making.
  • How to prepare sushi rice (shari).
  • How to fillet fish (salmon, mackerel, shrimp, etc.).
  • How to make nigiri sushi.
  • Introduction to ingredients and toppings that complement sushi.

Practical Session:

  • Participants can make their own sushi and have Sushi as your lunch.

What to Bring:

  • Apron, hand towel, and your beverage.

  • If you have any allergies to food ingredients, we regret to inform you that we kindly ask you to refrain from participating in this workshop.
    (Possible ingredients used: shrimp, crab, abalone, squid, roe, salmon, mackerel, etc.)

Fee:

  • Non-Student: 2,500 JPY
  • Student/Intern: 1,000 JPY

※The participation fee includes insurance coverage for food-related accidents and foodborne illnesses.

**The due date for payment is 7th February.

If we cannot confirm your payment by 5 pm on the 7th of February, we will kindly ask you to give your spot to another person who is on the waiting list or is considering your cancellation.
