Wednesday Mornings:

Time and day:07:30 - 08:30am Wednesdays

 Location: Plumeria Room in Gardens

Fee:

Student fee is 500 yen/1 class

Non-student is 1000 yen/1 class 

※Please pay directly to teacher when you participate class.

Level and Language:

All levels are welcome; the instruction is in English/Japanese

Minimum required number of students: 3 

Qualification of Yasuko: Certified Iyengar Yoga Level 1 teacher (the association has changed the description of the level this year, and she is at Level 1 now.)

Yasuko-Sensei is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, and she is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher, level 1/2, in Pune, India. She completed the RYT-200 program in Ashtanga style in Doha, Qatar in 2014 and has been practising yoga since 1998.
