Title: Symmetries, Lattices, Groups.

Abstract: The value of symmetry in our time cannot be overemphasized. I will begin with an introduction to the geometry associated with Lie algebras (root systems) and some related geometries, and their relation to Modular forms using theta functions. Next I will briefly give some examples of how to construct some lattices. Lastly, I will show how to construct functions related to the lattice construction methods.
