Technician Networking Lunch 第２回技術員交流ランチ会開催のお知らせ

Dear Fellow Technicians/ RUTs

The theme is Changing Fields/Labs and Promotions. We will have two technicians talking to us about their experiences changing labs/ positions while working at OIST:

Yuko Hasegawa from the Rokhsar Unit

Taha Basheir from the DNA Sequencing Section

In addition, we have been asked by the DFA to get current technicians' opinion on the evaluation system for Technicians, so we will be leading a short discussion after the talks. 

Come and give us your feedback, thoughts and questions on the evaluation process and what sort of changes will affect you.

Please note that while the ORC represents specifically Research Unit Technicians, all technicians are welcome to attend the networking lunches.

OIST技術員の皆様、

梅雨入りの中（といっても雨はほとんど降っていませんが）、いかがお過ごしでしょうか。

本日は来週5月30日（木）、12:00~13:00にセンター棟 C210 セミナー室にて開催される

「リサーチユニット技術員交流ランチ会」についてのお知らせです。

今回は２名の技術員の方が、「異なる研究分野/ラボへの移動（異動）・昇進」というテーマで

ご自身の体験をもとに、この交流会中にお話ししてくださることになっています。

加えまして、我々ORCは現在勤務している技術員の皆様から、業務評価システムのあり方について

意見を収集してもらえないかと、教員担当学監オフィスから要請を受けております。

これについても、上記２名の方の発表の後、ディスカッションさせていただき

皆様からのご意見・ご質問を頂戴できれば、と思っております。

我々ORCはリサーチユニット技術員の方々を代表して活動しておりますが、この交流ランチ会には

全ての技術員（リサーチサポート技術員の方など）の方が参加できます。どうぞ奮ってご参加ください！
