2. Supports for Research Intern Program

• Internship day: Monday to Friday (Excluding Japanese National Holidays)
  *Research Internships on Saturdays and Sundays are generally not allowed.
• Amount: Per-diem payment 2,400 JPY/day
• Payment day: 4th Friday of the following month
• Payment Method: Wire transfer to your bank account in your country
  *The first payment is made in the month following the month you begin the program.

< Important note>

• Please bring at least two month's worth of living expenses in cash.
• The average cost of living is 50,000 JPY/ month.
• You might find it difficult to change foreign currency. Convert the money prior to arriving in Okinawa.
