OIST LaTeX templates

LaTeX templates for rotation reports, theses proposals, discussions and presentation. They are officially deprecated by OIST, so some minor modifications may be required by GS before their acceptance. We are hosting them for ease of access, but we do not take responsibility nor offer support for their use. SC is working to have GS publish updated versions.
