For any inquiries or issues regarding your visa status, please directly contact the Japanese immigration authorities or the Japanese Embassy in your home country. Please note that if your visa application is rejected, MLSS Okinawa 2024 cannot influence the decision, and we will not be able to communicate or correspond with them or the Japanese Embassy on your behalf.
MLSS 2024 can issue a Letter of Invitation only to a participant who has finished registration and payment.

Information for Letter of Invitation

The following information is required for us to issue a letter of invitaion. Please see the blank form of the letter of inviation <Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan website>

Please check Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan's website for the name (place) of Embassy/Consulate where you will apply.

Please upload scanned passport copy using GigaCC secure file sharing system here.  Prof. Yamada and administrative staffs (Chikako Sugiyama and Emiko Asato) can reach the uploaded files.

Postal Address

 The Letter of Invitation and other required documents will be sent as PDF attachments. We can also send you a printed version by regular airmail or trackable registered mail upon request.

The information registered will be used for issuing the required documents for visa application and will be managed and used appropriately as personal information.
