Short bio

Erika Cyphert is a postdoctoral fellow at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, USA. Her research focuses on studying associations between the composition of the gut microbiome and bone. She received her BS and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University focused on biomaterials and drug delivery. Erika has served as a visiting researcher at Tokyo Women's Medical University (Japan) and Warsaw University of Technology (Poland) through a Whitaker Foundation Grant and as a Fulbright Scholar.
