Welcome to the OIST Researcher Community Website, an online meeting place for researchers with OIST as their primary affiliation. This forum is created and maintained by the elected officers of the ORC, and aspires to promote communication among the researchers in order to build a vibrant and productive research community.
Registration of candidates for ORC Office Election is open until Wednesday Feb. 5!

On January 10, 2020, ORC Office has announced the organization of an election to select a new office (OIST PRP 4.5.2): 2 Researcher Representatives, 1 Researcher Representative Alternate, 1 Chairperson and 1 Secretary.
Join us for the last ORC Asssembly of the year on Monday December 16 from 12pm to 1pm (Seminar Room C700).

Bring your lunch and join us in Seminar Room C209 on Monday, October 21 at noon, for this month's ORC Assembly. The Provost, Mary Collins, will be our guest. She will talk about her actions following the results of ORC’s Researcher Survey, conducted last March (Researcher Survey Report). Researcher Appreciation Week (RAW!) will also be presented and discussed.
